In addition to the greater exposure to external environments, automotive exterior parts tend to have a longer replacement cycle than general E&E products and withstand big impact. As a result, automotive OEMs demand that materials for exterior parts should have extra impact strength and excellent durability.

LOTTE Chemical has developed and proposed WX series, a breakthrough that came from the alloy of PC with high impact strength & heat resistance and ASA with excellent weatherability. INFINO® PC/ASA WX series, with better weatherability and paintability than the existing ASA, is applicable to non-painting automotive exterior parts. And its impact strength has improved 30 percent. Also it secures outstanding heat resistance and processability.

The WX series helps customers to reduce the entire process time and slash production costs. In addition, its excellent material balance means that it can be used not only for automotive exterior parts but also for interior parts. It also supports various applications in the E&E and other fields that require weatherability and heat resistance.
